Q. Do you believe the polls right now? Are people really leaning heavily towards Obama or is the news media steering them and the polls in that direction? Leading by 4 or 5 points is not a landslide in my opinion. Asked by suzy - Sun Jul 27 08:38:56 2008 - - 25 Answers - 0 Comments A. The polls are always skewed democratic. look at the Gore/Bush and Kerry/Bush elections- The democrats were ahead in every poll. The media fawning over Obama is hurting him more than helping him. Most Americans are disgusted by this- and we don't want CNN or MSNBC telling us how to run our country. Answered by castlekeepr - Sun Jul 27 09:55:01 2008 How does media ownership constrain us from having a diversity of viewpoints in the news media? Q. I'm working on a media project and I'm trying to answer this question myself. Input from other people would be greatly appreciated. Asked by roger.foxtrot - Thu Oct 30 17:32:11 2008 - - 1 Answers - 0 Comments A. The Press are capitalists supporting a system based on exploitation (i.e. unfair usury) (all those who only want to make a profit - even if it is from somebodies Else's misery). Profits come from advertising and sales of newspapers... run a story that would expose the hypocrisy - behind the system i.e. mention a story about the good work squatters do to help homeless unfortunates, or animal rights activists - about how they wish to stop animals being tortured cruelly for no valid reason in labs, or about what freedom fighters really want... and you watch how the Press clams up... Answered by jillionsing - Thu Oct 30 17:52:11 2008 Is the news media spinning out of control? Are they telling us who to vote for?
Q. This question is for Republicans and Democrats. Specifically, I am thinking of the Republican debate at the Reagan library. I am not a Republican but it was obvious to me that Huckabee and Paul were left out. What effect did this have on the subsequent primaries? It seems that Huckabee might have won even more votes if he had not been written off by the media. If perception is reality; the media creates perception so wouldnt' they really be creating reality too? Asked by luv2bfit - Tue Feb 12 18:56:04 2008 - - 5 Answers - 0 Comments A. You are just now noticing??? They started this long ago when Ms. Clinton was just thinking about running. They already know who they are going to crown. Save me the gas money from going to the voting booth and just do it. Answered by HRC Member - Tue Feb 12 19:01:47 2008 From Yahoo Answer Search: "News and Media"
